On September 25, 2017, IBM and China Electronics Corporation’s subsidiary CLP Data signed a strategic alliance agreement in New York. The two parties set up a joint venture company to better exert bilateral strengths and work together to build a healthy cloud platform. Besides, with mutual help, it is easier to deal with major challenges and opportunities in chronic disease management, population health, and clinical decision-making and such filed. Through this strategic alliance, both companies will spare no effort to contribute their wisdom and strength in many aspects like optimizing health services, perfecting health protection, and improving health standards.
